Refund policy

Return Policy


Refunds and Exchanges: Due to the perishable nature of our product, we do not accept returns. All sales are final. In the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within five (5) business days of receiving your order. We reserve the right to limit refunds and exchanges.


Incorrect/Incomplete Orders:
If we mistakenly send you the wrong product or if an item is missing or damaged, then please email us within five (5) business days and we will either refund/credit you or ship the correct product immediately at no cost to you.

We will pay for return shipping.

If we require a return of the incorrect product, then we will pay for return shipping. If an item is damaged during shipping, you must save all packaging materials and paperwork. Additionally, we may ask you to send photos.


Any incorrect product shipped and approved for a return must meet the below criteria:
1. The product must be unopened, unused and undamaged to qualify.
2. The product must be returned before we can issue any refund.
3. We do not refund any associated customs or sales tax charged by your local authorities.
*Should the cost of shipping the missing item exceed the cost of the goods itself, we reserve the right to issue a credit/refund instead, or will offer to ship a replacement item with your next order*


Refund Timing
All refunds will be initiated once items are received in store and inspected. Generally, refunds take 5-7 business days but may take up to 2 weeks.


How will my return be refunded?

When returning an item that has been pre-authorized to return, we will refund based on your original payment method.

When will I receive my refund?

The timing of your refund is dependent on your refund method.


• Gift Card: We will issue another gift card for the value of the original sale.
• Credit Card: We will initiate your refund once we receive your item(s). Typically, you should see your refund reflected in your account within 5-7 business days, but it may take up to 2 weeks.


Will my delivery ship fees or services be refunded?
Any delivery ship fees or service charges collected on the order will not be refunded including upgraded shipping charges (expedited, express, or special delivery services, etc.)

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item..


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
